3G network also adds Nokia Lumia 710 to smartphone range.
The latest handset in the Bold series of BlackBerry smartphones is now available on Three, the UK's leading dedicated 3G network.
The BlackBerry Bold 9790 combines the best of both worlds, with a 2.5in touchscreen made from super-strong Gorilla glass and BlackBerry's signature QWERTY keypad.
Powered by the BlackBerry OS7 operating system, the BlackBerry Bold 9790 offers a number of improvements over its predecessors. These include a faster web browser and Blackberry Messenger 6 (BBM6), which allows users to view and chat to their contacts from within other apps and even while playing games.
Sylvia Chind, head of handsets at Three, said: "Our latest smartphone, with its sleek and compact design, looks and feels great. It comes packed with apps and now gives the option to pinch and zoom maps using the touchscreen.
"Our award-winning 3G network will bring the updated operating system to life so that our customers can be free to browse the web quickly and efficiently."
The BlackBerry Bold 9790 will be available from £28 a month, or £35 on The One Plan with all-you-can-eat data, 2,000 anytime, any network minutes and 5,000 texts. It's also available to Three's pay-as-you-go customers for £319.99.
Earlier this month, Three also added the Nokia Lumia 710 to its ever-growing line-up of smartphones.
Chind commented: "The Nokia Lumia 710 is an ideal handset for people looking to take their first step into the world of smartphones at an affordable price.
She added: "Three’s all-you-can-eat data offerings - available on both pay-as-you-go and pay monthly - mean that all of our customers can enjoy all of the smart features without fretting about excess data charges."
Pay monthly customers can get the Nokia Lumia 710 with no upfront cost from £22 a month, or £29 on The One Plan with unlimited data and thousands of minutes and texts.
