WOWee ONE reveals wireless bass speaker at Birmingham event.
A new portable speaker has been launched, using the latest Bluetooth technology for wireless enjoyment of any mobile audio experience.
WOWee One, the company behind the award-winning WOWee ONE Slim mobile bass speaker, has unveiled its latest device at this year's Gadget Show Live event, at Birmingham's NEC, which was opened to the public this morning.
The new WOWee One Pro, a rechargeable speaker that punches treble from the top and bass from its belly, follows the runaway success of both the original WOWee One and the smaller WOWee One Slim, named Best Mobile Product at the Mobile Excellence Awards 2011.
Delivering crystal clear acoustics and strong bass, the Pro turns any flat surface into its very own "subwoofer" providing a powerful audio experience superior to any normal speaker of a similar size, weighing less than five ounces.
Magnus Hammick, managing director at WOWee ONE, said: "We're very excited to bring the best mobile wireless sound solution to consumers. The WOWee ONE Pro is the most portable wireless speaker out there, delivering amazing sound quality to enhance all audio experiences."
An internal battery provides up to 10 hours of playback time and can easily be recharged via a standard USB cable, and non-Bluetooth devices can connect with a 3.5mm audio jack. The WOWee ONE Pro retails for £129.99 and is available today online and in stores from late April.
