January sale includes the T-Mobile Zest 2 for just £12.50
Asda has launched a range of cheap mobile phones as part of its January sale, promising massive discounts on a range of branded handsets.
The supermarket giant is selling the T-Mobile Zest 2 for an astounding £12.50, complete with hands-free kit and a raft of built-in features.
Other “super budget” mobiles in the pay-as-you-go range include the sturdy Nokia 1616 - also on sale at the retailer for £12.50 - with storage for up to 250 text messages, making it a low-risk phone ideal for younger users.
Asda Mobile buyer James McMurrough said: “Our budget mobile phones provide an affordable way to stay in touch with loved ones this year. For less than the cost of some protective phone covers, you can pick up a very useful product.”
“We’re sure that with all the features packed into these phones, the value is hard to beat.”
The T-Mobile Zest 2 includes a built-in VGA camera, an MP3 player, Bluetooth and up to five hours of talk time. With memory expandable up to 2GB, it’s a handy device for storing photos and music. Asda has also slashed the price of the Samsung E2121, available exclusively from its stores for £15.
All these phones are supported by Asda Mobile’s Everyday bundle, which offers 100 minutes of call time and 100 texts over 30 days for £5.
